BELLVILLE — O’Marian Freeman, 17, of Bellville was arrested for theft of property in the amount that carries a state jail felony. Freeman was involved with vehicle thefts that occurred in and around the Bellville area over several months.
His bond was set at $150,000 and he was placed in the Austin Cty jail in Bellville.
