The flooding on Jan. 24 did not deter the CVQG members from attending the "Improv" Workshop with Michelle Lavender. Lavender is from HollyDee Quilts in Luling. She demonstrated the many ways to transform your scraps into quilts, using a "Wonky" cut and a really open mind. Her unique way of cutting and piecing was amazing.
