Two arrested for multiple crimes

Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reported on the morning of June 10 around 8:10 a.m., the Fayette Coun- ty Sheriff's Office received a 911 call reporting property damage on Gebert Road. near Schulze Road.

Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reported on the morning of June 10 around 8:10 a.m., the Fayette County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call reporting property damage on Gebert Road. near Schulze Road.

Deputy Terry Guentert was en route to the location when dispatch advised of a second call reporting a suspicious vehicle on Salem Freyburg Road, which Guentert arrived first at and located a Ford Fusion passenger car that was unoccupied.

Guentert observed a male in dark clothing running in the pasture, and a citizen reported another male hiding in the tall grass. Guentert contacted the male subject hiding in the grass and detained him after a conversation.
