COLUMBUS — At the VVA Chapter 1127 May meeting, six $1,000 scholarships were presented to local Columbus High School seniors. Caleb Rosales will attend TSTC in Waco to become a Biomedical Equipment Technician to help hospitals in need.
Sage Thomas will be attending Texas A&M, majoring in Public Health, with her goal of attending UTMB nursing school and becoming a nurse anesthetist.
Talyr Tipton will attend Texas A&M to pursue a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and become a pediatric physical therapist.
