Train Noise Ordinance ~ Quiet Zones

I have postponed presenting this issue to Commissioners Court. Does the County and/or City have an ordinance pertaining to train noise control.

If my memory serves me well this issue has been brought up just don’t remember if it was County or City. I have been here 11 years sleeping in the north bedroom with no problems. But lately this winter the noise level has been too loud.
