4-H competes in State Fair of Texas Food Challenge

DALLAS — Several Fayette County 4-H members competed in the State Fair of Texas Food Challenge Contest on Sept. 30 in Dallas.

The Fayette County 4-H Senior Team of Tori Newton, Elena Supak and Eleanor Carey placed first in the Senir Appetizer Dish Category and advanced to the Final Round. They were the third place team in the Final Round.

The Fayette County 4-H Senior Team, consisting of Kandon Kaspar, Mackayla Griffin, Scotti Beseda and Hailey Janish, competed in the Senior Side Dish Category.
