Turtle Wing Foundation begins year 14

Turtle Wing Foudation begins its 14th year serving those who need help from others.

With the mission of “helping individuals with learning challenges in rural areas achieve their full potential by providing access to a shared network of emotional, educational, and therapeutic resources,” the past year has been one of growth and triumph for Turtle Wing Foundation.

Because of the generosity of others, the foundation has been able to grow the funding of services and our provider network, touching hundreds more families who have children with learning challenges.
