SIPTAK Colby and Lindsey Siptak of Columbus announce the birth of their son, Tate Wayne Siptak, born Dec. 19, 2924, at 1:36 p.m. at Columbus Community Hospital in Columbus.
Tate Wayne weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 19.09 inches in length.
He was welcomed home by his brother, Dusty Siptak, 4. Grandparents are David Jr. and Tawanna Zajicek of Columbus, and Shane and Marsha Siptak of New Ulm.
