Ethan Stegent from Faith Academy took home the 1600 meter win Feb. 27 at the Leopard Relays with a time of 5:10.01. Stegent is known for being a good athlete and has also had success on the football field.
Faith Academy is usually very good in football and it seems that they are good in track as well.
Stegent was followed by oth- er area athletes who finished towards the top in Abbot Acos-
ta (La Grange, 5:19.96), Dylan Barron (La Grange, 5:22.59),
and Jacob Estrada (La Grange, 5:29.05). Another great showing for area athletes where a lot of them placed with good times.
