The Colorado County Commissioners
Court agreed to file a lawsuit against all companies involved in the Inland Re cycling contamination of Skull Creek.
This decision, made on March 24 during a regular commissioners court meeting,
will also include David Polston and Ken neth Owens.
A trial date of April 7 has been set, and civil penalties of $46.5 million have already been assessed by the state of Texas through judgments.
