Community Connections Day Health and Wellness Fair healthy turnout

The Greater Colorado Valley Health and Behavioral Wellness Council set up shop, along with Colorado County Habitat for Humanity, as hosts for the Community Connections Day Health and Wellness Fair on April 26 at the Colorado County Courthouse in Columbus. They, along with scores of other health-related agencies, set up booths for health checks and health information.

Meagan Ruether, one of the 2025 Magnolia Belles that will grace the lawn of the Colorado County Courthouse in Columbus during Magnolia Fest on May 16-17, is a mainstay and a crowd favorite during the festival.

The enticing smell of the famous Columbus Lions burgers drew people over to the food court while the Lions served up to the hungry crowd during the Country Market Days on the Colorado County Courthouse square on April 26 in Columbus in conjunction of the Community Connections Day.

Kids will be kids! The Colorado County Habitat for Humanity set up a station for coloring and birdhouse building for kids at the Colorado County Courthouse in Columbus during the Community Connections event on April 26.
