Weimar High School pole vaulter Katharina Chaloupka earned a score of 12-6 and a total of 10 points for the Class 2A Pole Vault event at the UIL State Track Meet last Friday at University of Texas’ Mike A. Myers Stadium, which awarded her a gold medal. Chaloupka recorded a 12-0 in order to qualify for state.
Weimar is once again excelling at the highest level as they’ve been successful in at least a few sports for some time now. So successful that they are finding themselves within reach or at least qualifying for state tournaments.
