COLUMBUS - TruCare Living Center has been serving the community as a four-star nursing home for inpatient Short-Term Rehabilitation and for Long-Term Care for our elders.
After diligently working on our healthcare “Quality Measures” monitored by Medicare, and continuing to provide the highest quality of care you are all used to. TLC is proud to share that TLC Columbus is now a fivestar nursing home.
Nursing Homes are rated on the government website www. medicare.gov. The components include Annual Surveys, Quality Measures, and Staffing. With the update on April 30, TruCare Living Center – Columbus is the only five-star nursing home in a 25-mile radius.
