Sealy senior Ria Torres is flanked by Coach Val Eschenburg, left, and Coach Danielle Eschenburg as she signs on to run cross-country at Jacksonville Junior College. Torres is a four-year letter winner in track and cross country. She holds the SHS school record in the 3200 meters with a time of 11:33.74. She has been named the most valuable runner all four years in cross country and has made two trips to the state meet.
