Fresh off a dominating state title win at Jerry World, the Columbus High School football team was dominant all year long and capped off their outstanding year with a statement win at AT&T Stadium.
The Cardinals will be losing a bunch of elite talent from last years team, but head coach Matt Schobel is one of the best coaches in the entire state of Texas and he will most likely have this team competing for a state title yet again this fall.
Columbus always has great athletes and great coaching and even sent some of their staff to head coaching positions at other schools, which was followed by a bunch of success.
This team will most likely be one of the better teams in the area this upcoming season.
