Austin County 4-H members lead the way at Youth and Safety Day

BELLVILLE — Nine Austin County 4-H members volunteered their time and energy to serve as tour guides during the 18th Annual Youth and Safety Day at the Austin County Fairgrounds in Bellville.

These dedicated youth leaders played a vital role in guiding over 300 third-grade students from all school districts across Austin County through a full day of educational safety sessions.

From early morning check-in to the final rotation, the 4-Hers demonstrated exceptional leadership, enthusiasm and responsibility. The 4-H members willingness to assist, answer questions, and ensure each group stayed on schedule made a significant im pact on the event’s overall success.

Their hard work, positive attitudes, and commitment to serving their community truly exemplify the values of 4-H, and are incredibly proud of their contributions.
