Members of the CATfish Swim Team of Columbus and the Colum bus Lions Club got together on May 31 to receive a generous donation from the Columbus Lions Club. The money will go towards expenses with putting on swim events. The CATfish Swim Team meet during the summer season and travels to area pools to compete in swim relays and other swim events. Founded in the 1980s by Buddy and Charlene Anderson, the team is a member of the Smallest Aquatic League in Texas (SALT). The team has continued to grow and excel where it has positively impacted many kids lives.
