WALLIS — At approximately 11:23 a.m. on May 22, the Austin County Sheriff's Office executed two felony arrest warrants for 22-year-old Andres Montalvo III. Montalvo was located in Wallis and taken into custody without incident. He was wanted for two counts of Sexual Assault of Child by Contact. The investigation was led by the ACSO Criminal Investigation Division. Montalvo was transported and booked into the Austin County Jail in Bellville.
