SCHULENBURG — Nursing home administrator Pamela Kay Noell, 61, was arrested on June 6 by the Texas Attorney General Office on three seperate felony charges while she was an administrator at the nursing facility, Paradign at the Oak.
Felony charges of tampering with or fabricating with physical evidence with intent to impair, obstruction or retaliation and tampering with a witness were filed on Noell. Her bond was set at $1,500 for each felony charge.
The arrest and subsequent charges were from potential criminal activity at the facility in Schulenburg where a sexual assault took place at the nursing home. Noell alledgedly attempted to cover up the assault that involved both the suspect and victim who were residents of the facility.
