COLUMBUS
The Columbus High School softball team has been one of the more elite teams in Class 3A for a bunch of years now and head coach Alfred Rosa has made sure his team continues to play at a high level with deep runs in the playoffs ever since he took over the helm.
The Lady Cardinals have pitching, defense, and hitting that nearly looks like college ball it’s so good.
Columbus is known for sending athletes to the college level in a lot of sports, but especially softball.
The Lady Cardinals will be graduating seven seniors, but the talent level in general as well as great coaching will have this team continuing to compete for state titles.
