BELLVILLE — The Fourth Annual Fourth of July Red, White and Free Festival wants to provide fireworks to the community during the patriotic festival.
The fund is only $4,500 away from being able to pro- vide a fireworks show at the Austin County Fair in Bellville on Friday, July 4.
