SCHULENBURG LADY HORNS
As it seems we have a lot of stellar volleyball teams in the area, Schulenburg is definitely a team that should be included in the conversation.
Schulenburg is known for not just winning, they’re known for winning on the biggest of stages, making it to the state tournament twice in the past four years and if they haven’t made it to state they’ve at least contended for a spot.
The Lady Horns are led by head coach Donald Zapalac, who’s sent players to the college level and even the division one college level, along with making it to a bunch of state tournaments throughout his career.
It wouldn’t be a surprise to see Schulenburg contend for another state title this season.
