The Weimar High School volleyball team has been a solid program for a long time and there’s no reason why they won’t continue to win and have a record above .500 in 2025.
Head coach Amanda Machicek is known for having solid rosters with a lot of offense and great outside hitters, but the Lady Wildcats also know how to play good defense with athletic liberos and blockers.
Weimar went 22-14 overall last year with a 4-2 record in district and had some nice win streaks toward the end of the year.
The fact that they won more towards the end of the year shows that they know how to win at the right time in order to make a run at the state tournament.
