BRAZOS COUGARS

The Brazos High School football team had a lot of success not that long ago and now they have new leadership, which changes things in the locker room, but what happens on the field is what is calculated. Last year, they were just below .500, but they were known for having similar records not long before their success, and newly hired head coach Audie Ray Jackson just started his tenure.

When a newly hired coach starts his career at a new place, it more often than not takes time to get settled in and win games. The fact that they were just below .500 in his first year is actually a good sign and fans should be optimistic for the future.

The Cougars have always had athletes and coaching that creates a recipe for success and they look like they are already heading in that direction with new leadership.
