Ever since Brad Dumont stepped back on Rice High School’s campus a few years ago, Rice football has drastically improved.
After being a below .500 team after he left, Dumont has just won more and more games each season since he’s been back.
He also had the luxury of coaching Roger Gradney a couple years ago and sent him to the University of Nebraska as a utility player.
Dumont holds his staff and players accountable and has great control of the locker room during games and during practice.
He seems like a coach that will be here a while and Rice is only going to continue to get better because of it.
It’s safe to say that Raiders football is in great hands.
