PRAHA — St. Mary’s Church in Praha is celebrating its 170th Parish Picnic on Friday, Aug. 15.
Father Gabriel Maison will celebrate Mass at 10 a.m. and all are invited to attend.
The famous Praha stew and fried chicken meal will start at 11 a.m.
Drive-through meals will be available.
Music will be provided by the Czech and Then Some, The Dujka Brothers and The Fender Bender Band.
A country store, cake walk, plant walk, fish pond, ring toss and many other games will add more fun to the event.
A raffle drawing will be held with over $19,000 worth of gift certificates and various other prizes will be given away.
There will be plenty of soda water, snow cones, popcorn and hamburgers available in the afternoon.
