The Fayetteville High School
volleyball team is off to a great start as they recently took home the first place trophy at the Faith Academy tournament last week -
end.
The Lady Lions are currently undefeated for the season and went 5-0 in the tournament, de - feating teams such as Covenant Christian, Faith Academy, and Snook all in sweeping fashion.
Fayetteville is led by head
coach Clint Jaeger and this year they have a bunch of upperclass men that were forced to play a lot of minutes as underclassmen.
The experience is showing
as they haven't lost a game and they could definitely become
one of the best teams in the area throughout the season.
