Chaloupka’s receive recognition for flag display

The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) John Everett Chapter of Columbus and the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) Robert Rankin Chapter of Houston recently recognized Robert and San- dy Chaloupka for proper display of the US Flag. The flag is proudly displayed in front of their residence at 210 Oak Cluster in Columbus. Robert Chaloupka has special feelings for the US Flag. His father was wounded on D-Day 1944. He had several family members serv ing during WWII. All family members made it home safely after the war. On hand for the presentation are, from left, Susan Glover, Donna Pustejovsky, Connie Dittrich, Sandy and Robert Chaloupka, Stephanie Mattix, and, Judy and David Zachmeyer.
