VICTORIA — Colorado Valley Quilt Guild delivered 21 quilted/bound quilts and seven completed 'Poppy' quilts to Connie Kortz with My Fabric Friends in Victoria. Over 500 completed quilts will be shipped to the Hill Country through various organizations. The first stop, scheduled for next month, will
