Weimar Lady Cats volleyball staying afloat with winning record

Banner Press Sports

The Weimar High School volleyball team has a record just above .500 after trading wins and losses for most of the season. After a big losing streak to start the season, they respondwas ed with a five-game win streak. Head coach Amanda Machicek has plenty of experience as a coach and she’s also had good personnel throughout her tenure. The same is true for this year with good setters, defenders, and outside hitters.

Weimar is known for being a solid team in volleyball, so they’ll likely continue to figure things out as it’s still early in the season. This team is known for making runs in the playoffs and with the athletes they have, there’s no reason why they can’t have success again this year.
