COLUMBUS — Unique young artists with strong recycling voices and enthusiasm for keeping our community clean entered their artwork in this year’s Keep Columbus Beautiful Youth Art Show, which are currently on exhibit in the Laura Ann Rau Gallery of the Live Oak Art Center in Columbus.
Keep Columbus Beautiful and the Columbus Garden Club sponsored the 2025 Youth Art Show, open to area artists in grades 1 through 8.
The event features the first poster contest and recycled materials art, focusing on encouraging youth to help keep our planet green by taking an active role in anti-littering, recycling, and conservation.
Please Don’t Litter; Reduce, Reuse, Recycle; Don’t be a Litter Bug, and Keep Columbus Beautiful were featured themes in posters, while artists utilized recyclable materials to create art for the recycled art division.
