LA GRANGE - A Healthy Home Cooking Se ries: Pan to Plate – Diabetes Friendly Cooking is being offered through the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office of Fayette County.
The workshops will start on Thursday, Oct. 2, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and continue on Thursdays, Oct. 9 and 16. The sessions will be held in Room 104 at the Fayette County Agricultural Build- ing in La Grange.
The series will have a focus on planning healthy family meals with an emphasis on diabetes friendly recipes.
