Mental Health First Aid course held at St. Paul Lutheran

Over 20 people benefited from the Mental Health First Aid course taught by RaLeesia Elmore during the day-long course Sept. 27 at The Lighthouse at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Columbus. Participants learned to recognize signs and symptoms of mental health or substance use that may impact youth, how to interact and to practice self-care following a noncrisis or crisis.
