The Brazos High School football team is off to a very impressive start at 5-1 with their most recent win vs Van Vleck High School by a final score of 49-22.
First-year head coach Patrick Oliver has this team working on all cylinders with productive offense and holding their own on defense.
It also helps when you have a senior quarterback in Jarvse Dickerson who’s started at quarterback for the majority of his career.
Dickerson can also run well and Oliver knows how to set him up for success with his creative playbook and running some mixed direction with a lot of read option to let Dickerson make decisions in open space.
This Brazos team is looking more and more like a state title contender as the season goes on.
