The Columbus High School volleyball team is doing their normal thing of dominating, so it really isn’t anything new, but it needs to be noted just how strong this program is and has been for at least the past few years now.
Head coach Kayley Johns is creating a powerhouse before our eyes as this team has already reached the 30 win mark and is undefeated in district play.
Even with a younger team this season, the Lady Cardinals still find ways to not only beat teams, but beat them handedly.
Johns has always preached togetherness and you can tell this team is a really tight-knit unit with how they play.
As it’s been like this at this point in the season for some years now, Columbus remains a heavy state tournament favorite.
