SEALY — Austin County deputies responded to a 911 hang-up call in the 6000 block of Farm-to-Market Road 1094 in Sealy on Oct. 22.
Deputies contacted the individuals at the residence and found that an assault had occurred at that address.
Investigations led to find Christopher Mann, of Sealy, assaulted a victim.
Mann is also a convicted felon currently on probation for family violence assault.
A search of the residence recovered two firearms. He was arrested on assault causing bodily injury to a family member, interference with an emergency request for assistance and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
Everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
