LA GRANGE — The Bastrop/Fayette County Ag Conference will be held Friday, Nov. 14, at the Fayette County Fairgrounds at 400 Fairgrounds Rd. in La Grange. A total of five pesti cide applicator CEU credits are available (three General, one Laws & Regulations & one IPM).
A pre-registration fee of $40 must be received at the extension office in Fayette County at 255 Svoboda Ln., Room 134 in La Grange, or Bastrop County Exten- sion office at 15 American Legion Dr. in Bastrop, by Nov 7. Late registration and at the door will be $50 per person.
Acceptable payments are checks made payable to the Fayette Beef Committee, exact cash amount or credit card ($2 service fee will apply).
The conference begins with registration at 8 a.m. Topics of discussion will include New World Screwworm, Laws and Regulations, Pasture Pests, Update on Current Brush & Weed Control Research & Livestock External Parasite Management.
