SCHULENBURG — Meagan Koerth, 28, of Schulenburg, was arrested on Oct. 23 near the St. Rose of Lima Catholic School at about 2:37 a.m. Schulenburg officers observed a wanted female sitting in her vehicle and, while speaking to Koerth, smelled an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
Koerth exited the vehicle after being made aware of the warrant. She produced a baggie of marijuana from her bra after being asked by the offi cer if she had anything illegal on her person.
During the probable cause search of the vehicle, officers found meth amphetamine, Xanax and a glass pipe used to smoke meth. Koerth was arrested on an outstanding warrant and possession.
