San Marcos — The Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) and Walmart announce the 2025-26 Academic All-State Teams for Cross Country and Team Tennis from the tai-county area. The Academic All-State Award honors senior student- athletes who demonstrate exceptional commitment both in the classroom and in competition.
As one of THSCA’s
most prestigious honors, this award recognizes students from fourteen differ- ent U.I.L. sports, who excel in three categories: GPA, class rank, and ACT/SAT performance. To be eligible for nomi- nation, an athlete must meet the following criteria: An athlete, stu dent trainer or manager in good standing with the team
