LA GRANGE — Colorado Valley Quilt Guild (CVQG) recently held their annual Charity Quilt Workshop after its November meeting. With only two days before Thanksgiving, the guild ladies worked diligently on cutting, piecing, ironing, trimming and finish ing several charity quilts for our local seniors in nursing facilities. New member, Grace Sim, drove in from Katy to join in the Workshop. CVQG is so thankful for their new guild members attending the workshop.
The Colorado Valley Quilt Guild meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Randolph Recreation Center at 653 East Pearl St., Room A East in La Grange. Guild meetings begin at 6 pm in even months and 10 a.m. in odd months.
