Stolen catalytic converters recovered
Schulenburg Police Officer Byron Powe and his K9 partner, Semper, responded to a call from another agency requesting their assistance. K9 Semper was deployed and alerted to the presence of narcotics. During the search for the narcotics, 12 catalytic converters and cutting equipment were found in the trunk. Marijuana was also found. The adult driver was ar rested by the requesting agency. Individuals are not named, as it is the practice of the arresting agency.
