The Sealy High School boy’s basketball team has started the season with an astonishing record way above .500 and only one loss on the season.
The Tigers won their first five games of the season and three of those wins were in blowout fashion.
They recently won their last three games in a row and another three of their wins for the year are against area teams Rice, Columbus, and Schulenburg.
Sealy is led by head coach Greg Cranfill and this team has a pretty even mix of underclassmen and upperclassmen while having a total of seven seniors.
Whatever this team is doing, it seems to be working and if they keep on this kind of pace throughout the season, we could definitely see this team in con tention for a state tournament appearance.
