The Schulenburg High School girl’s basketball team has a record just above .500 and won their first four games of the season with three of those wins coming in blowout fash ion.
One of those wins was a shootout with St. Paul High School in a 51-49 win. The Lady Horns play solid fundamental basketball and also have a number of plays they run to help their efficiency on offense.
Schulenburg is led by head coach Richard Ramsey and the fact that he’s instilled a bunch of play calling shows that he knows what it takes to score points on offense.
Schulenburg is solid defensively as well, only allowing five points in a 68-5 win vs Wharton last month.
Schulenburg has shown great potential and they definitely have what it takes to contin ue a winning trend throughout the season.
