LA GRANGE - The Fayette County Czech Heritage Society recently held its Christmas Party at TCHCC in La Grange. It was a festive event with a large turnout of members and guests, who sang Czech Christmas songs, enjoyed a turkey and dressing meal with des - sert cakes, played a Czech trivia game, and exchanged gifts.

elyn Karstedt, the reigning Miss Czech-Slovak U.S.2025-2026 Queen, was introduced and spoke of her experiences since being crowned. She, along with 20252026 Miss Texas Czech-Slovak Little Princess Lillie Karstedt, introduced Maelynn Wasut as a candidate for Fayette County CHS Little Princess.
The next Fayette County CHS meeting and annual Soup Social is scheduled for Sunday, January 25, at TCHCC in La Grange. The 2026 officer election will be held.
