Bellville boy's basketball off to a decent start

The Bellville High School boy’s basketball team has started the season on a good note with a record right around .500 and are playing solid basketball at a good time.

If they are playing this way now, that means they have time to improve and if they do some improving, this could become a team that makes a run in the playoffs.

Bellville is led by head coach Jerry Brantly and this team has athletes as well as shooters.

They also have playmakers and athletes that know how to score in crucial moments. For example, Don Gillum brings athleticism and poise as well as Dalvin Starks, who’s a great shotmaker and can bring his team back into a game or even close a game depending on the situation.

Things are looking very good for Bellville basketball at an early point in the season.
