TEXAS-STYLE PIANIST EZRA CHARLES
FAYETTEVILLE - Award-winning pianist Ezra Charles will play a benefit concert for the Fayetteville Community Center on Saturday, Jan. 10, at 7 p.m. at the community center in Fayetteville.
Charles is a Texas-style pianist who has won numerous accolades, including the Houston Press Reader's Poll for Best Keyboard six times and the Lifetime Achievement Award from the San Antonio Blues Society.
Charles' musical adventure began when he was 14, when he played with Johnny and the Jammers, better known today as Johnny and Edgar Winter. Charles will further the vision of the Fayetteville Community Center.
