SAN FELIPE - The San Felipe de Austin State Historical Site is firing up the coals to bring a unique tasting experience over crackling fires and time-tested techniques. Located at the park in San Felipe on Saturday, Jan. 24, volunteers and staff from fellow historic sites will prepare dishes using histor-ical cooking methods - with a twist- a secret ingredient will be revealed a few weeks before the event.
