SEALY — A Sealy Patrol Sergeant found a commercial truck using mobile ALPR technology.
The suspect, Arman Karapetyan, 37, had stolen a $230,000 cargo load from a local company in Sealy.
Karapetyan has been charged with two felonies: Theft of Property and Forgery of a Financial Instrument.
Upon further investiga - tion using the ALPR technology, the suspect has been linked to three other out-ofstate cargo theft cases.
Karapetyan is innocent until proven guilty.
