Columbus Community LEO Club induction

Columbus Community LEO Club induction

The Columbus Community LEO Club was inducted as a new organization during ceremony on Jan. 30 at the Colorado County Courthouse in Columbus. The Columbus Community LEO is for homeschoolers and other kids not in the CISD school system who want to be part of something bigger. Working hand-in-hand with the Columbus Noon Lions Club, the Community LEO Club helps develop skills in organizing and motivating peers while fostering a spirit of service to its community—Leadership, Experience, Opportunity (LEO). Lions 1st Vice District Governor Steve McCullough, right, presented the signed document of the charter Community LEO to Community LEO President Glorya Stephens. This first-ever Columbus Commu nity LEO Club has nine charter members.
