FAYETTE COUNTY– TxDot will be closing FM 2145 at Jordan Creek, beginning on Monday, Feb.
23 to replace the existing drainage structure. It will be closed for approximately four months in order to construct a new bridge.
The road closure will take place between Citzler Road and the FM 2145/FM 2981 intersection. Local traffic will still have access to FM 2145.
Dean Word Company, LTD. was awarded the contract of 7.25 million dollars. The road will be reopened once the bridge and the roadway approaching the bridge are complete.
